Yes, we can
make exceptions depending on the circumstances. There may be a charge for this.
How much lead time is needed when booking an
event?
We would like as much time as possible, but even if your event is tomorrow, give us a call. We will do our best to give you
100 percent service to help you create the best event possible in the time available.
Why rent?
Renting allows you the customer
to experiment with the best products available without investing a large sum of money. You will not have to have an expert on hand
to maintain the equipment. If something breaks, it is simply our responsibility to get your system back up and functioning, as quickly
as possible.
I am purchasing products for a tax exempt organization. How do I accomplish this?
Send us a copy of your blanket
certificate of exemption by fax or mail.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes.
What is a certificate of insurance?
Call
your insurance company and they will give you a rider for your rental coverage.
